Marketing Lead SaaS

ai, one of Central Indias fastest-growing funded SaaS startups, is looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our expansion in India and the US markets.

If you have a strong background in performance marketing, demand generation, and digital strategy, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.


About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven SaaS marketing professional who can develop and execute demand-generation strategies, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and scale our brand presence globally.

This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, growth hacking, and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored for SaaS growth.


- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth for India and US markets.


- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content marketing.


- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to attract enterprise clients.


- Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to optimize lead nurturing.


- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and messaging.


- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.


- Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance through data analytics and KPIs.


Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth strategy.


- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, digital advertising, and conversion optimization.


- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).


- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, optimize, and report on marketing performance.


- Deep understanding of SaaS buyer personas, sales cycles, and customer journey mapping.


- Excellent communication skills with a strategic, execution-focused approach.
