We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead our targeted marketing initiatives and drive high-value customer engagement.
Role:
Overview:
- As an ABM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly personalized marketing campaigns aimed at key accounts.
You will work closely with sales, product, and content teams to drive demand, nurture relationships, and accelerate revenue growth through strategic ABM tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage and convert high-value target accounts.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with key account priorities.
- Create personalized multi-channel campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and events.
- Leverage data and insights to identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging.
- Develop high-impact content such as case studies, whitepapers, and targeted ads for specific accounts.
- Measure and analyze ABM performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Manage account segmentation and audience targeting, ensuring the right message reaches the right prospects.
- Collaborate with product marketing and design teams to create engaging, account-specific assets.
- Experiment with new ABM tactics and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
- Requirements : 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
- Proven experience in executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and intent data analytics.
- Excellent content strategy and messaging skills tailored for enterprise audiences.
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.
