Roles & Responsibilities :

As an individual, you will be a go getter, persuasive & self-motivated individual who will be the face of the next innovation from Way2online.

- You will Identify strategic partners, educate them on our new technology and bringing them on board. You will also manage relationships with key existing partners

- Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships

- Develop long term & short term strategy for partnerships aligned towards business requirement

- Track, analyze and communicate key metrics monitor progress of the partners

- You will be an individual contributor, however monitoring, training & developing your team will be your responsibility

- You will find out the key decision makers in target organisations and contacting them

- To educate regarding the solution

- Job will be office-based, However you must travel as per the needs

- Be an internal advocate for the partners on the needs of the market

- Ability to define and execute within timelines by coordinating with multiple stakeholders & proven ability to deliver on time is one of your key attribute

- You should have experience in building and managing Scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the new solution
