Waterfield Advisors - Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning/Analysis & Strategy

Shall report to Group CFO and be responsible for:

- Development of long and mid-range plans for the group and its various businesses

- Build and maintain business models for multiple businesses and for the group as a whole

- Development, maintenance and updating of valuation model of the group

- Aiding development and implement strategic initiatives for the group under the guidance senior leadership team of the group

- Financial Planning and analysis

- Development of annual and quarterly budgets and unit accounting for businesses, SBUs and cost centres

- Tracking of long and mid-range plans and annual/periodical budgets vs Actuals

- Facilitation of performance review of businesses, profitability and unit accounting

- Development and dissemination of MIS on business operations financial performance and multidimensional reporting

- Investor communication and presentations - helps development of information, presentations, manage investor queries and responses

This is a critical role. The incumbent shall report to Group CFO and shall be required to work closely with senior management team, fianc team and business teams at Waterfield Group

Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA from reputed institution or CFA

Skill sets: Strong in analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: 4 /7 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory side or in industry or a start-up in a similar role
