Warranty Analyst - Auto/Mfg

Title : Warranty Analyst (Industry)

Location : Mumbai

Years of Experience : 2 to 7 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engineering Degree either Mechanical or Automobile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Spare parts, Farming Equipment, Construction Equipment

- Knowledge of Managing quality processes

- Capacity to learn and visualize mechanical parts and failure modes (i.e. Mechanical Engineer)

- Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on advance Excel)

- Experience in root cause analysis methodology

- Strong Verbal and written communication in English

- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset

- Excellent team player with high level of personal initiatives

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired candidate profile:

- Analytics – data miner expert

- Experienced on at least one of the following statistical tools : SAS, SWA, JMP

- Experience in Warranty Domain

- Worked in manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of quality process

- Candidates from other outsourcing organizations who have supported manufacturing clients. Do not process suppliers who may not have direct exposure to manufacturing

- Quality assurance profiles from manufacturing will also fit in for this role
