WareIQ - Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

WareIQ is scouting for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist to manage the recruitment function in the company. Being a Manager/ Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will build HR processes and employer branding that attract the best talent to WareIQ.

Role and Requirements:

- Chalking out TA strategies to build strong pipelines for future and current hiring needs

- Sourcing, agency relations, initial screening, and onboarding of talents

- Collaborating with various functions and understanding their position requirements

- End-End Employer branding activities

- Campus connects and brand building in Tier 1 MBA Colleges in India

- Managing a team of 2-3 People

- MBA in HR (Batch not prior to 2014)

The Successful Applicant:

- 5+ Years of TA experience across levels with a deep expertise in Sales hiring

- Should have worked for startups for at least 2+ Years

- Excellent communication skills

- Logistics Industry is preferred but not a constraint for a good candidate
