Responsibilities:
- Ensure Smooth onboarding of clients
- P&L Ownership
- Increase lifetime value of customer through sustained engagement, and help clients achieve their business goals through WareIQ platform and operations systems
- Ability to handle cross functional relationships across tech, sales, operations, support and execute project goals for clients
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Proactive problem solving when - or before - things go wrong
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience through data and the customer's supply chain (and Fortnightly business review process)
- Solution selling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years successful selling and/or account management experience
- Hands on, strong team player, and fully accountable for delivering agreed-upon performance metrics
- Must have significant experience in the following areas:
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Making data driven decision
