Responsibilities:
- Manage full stack of Paid Advertising - SEM, Display, Content Marketing, Emailers,3rd Party Ads, Native advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities
- Driving lead generation, brand awareness among different channels and geography
- Cost per acquisition and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with our product / Sales team to optimize product features that will have high impact on business metrics like conversion
- Own the ideation, budgeting, resourcing, execution, promotion and reporting across all the online channels
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Explore new channels for customer acquisition. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Lead Gen, Campaign management, driving consumer acquisition across channels Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting.
- Should be well versed and handy with platform tools (DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google AdWords tools, Facebook tools etc.) and Media Research Tools (ComScore, GWI, TGI etc.)
- Proficiency in A/B testing, and in Campaign optimization.
- Ability to track and report on all key metrics and assist the cross functional team to measure performance in programs and campaigns inclusive of traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
- 3-4 Years of proven experience in managing customer acquisition efforts in all paid channels
