We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled Warehouse Solutions Designer, working as part of our Solutions Design team you will be responsible for the growth of E-Commerce / Contract Logistics and ground business through new business wins and the expansion of existing clients through innovation and cost-effective solutions.

This role offers a mixture of remote, office and operationally based working

Applicant's Skills :

- To be successful in your application you will have proven warehouse solutions design experience, ideally within a complex third-party environment. You will have a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and experienced in using AutoCAD.

- Hands on experience of developing, Hybrid warehouse, integrated pack house, E-Commerce Warehouse etc.

- Good Communicator, possess excellent presentation skills and able to build strong relationships internally and externally. You will be competent in using assorted modelling software and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Role & Responsibilities :

- Within this highly visible and pivotal role you will ensure the design and implementation of warehousing solutions for our customers by providing analytical support and actively contributing to solutions design best practice, implementations, costings, and presentation support for both current and projected business propositions for our customers.

- Using AutoCAD you will prepare warehouse layouts, identify, and propose innovative storage and picking systems, utilize productivity tools to determine preferred MHE and headcount and liaise with IT and operational teams to agree optimum warehouse processes.

- You will also undertake projects independently, construct cost models, assisting in commercial discussions and initiate analysis and information gathering for current and prospected customers ensuring quality, innovation, cost effectiveness and operationally sound design solutions.

- Process Improvement, 5S & TQM Implementation etc. at warehouse level.
