Job title: Warehouse Management Systems Manager

Job Location: Wada, Khurda & Vijayawada

Reports to: Director Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with factory, projects, systems, human resources, safety to align them with project requirement.

- Educating the stakeholders on change management needs.

- Assessing gaps with respect to desired capability with respect to human resources and infrastructure.

- Regular review of project deliverables as per timelines.

- Responsible for setting up and delivering KPIs for warehouse.

- Ensuring optimization and standardization of warehouse practices across the country.

- Should act as a lead change agent to make good warehousing practice as an important link of a lean and agile supply chain.

Candidate Specification:

- Graduate/MBA with 12 years of experience in logistics area out of which should have spent 5 years in warehousing, 3 years in WMS environment with knowledge of automated Material Handling Systems: Racking, RF based system, material handling equipment, warehouse designing and optimization, warehouse management system.

- Travel - 40%
