- Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in storeroom operations
- Approve requisitions, analyses work orders etc.
- To brief staff members on materials to be loaded assembly of items to be delivered etc.
- Review paper work from deliveries to determine additional work requirements
- Check and prepare all related documents as and when required.
- Initiate all requests for replenishment of stock, oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials, stock control and order processing
- Take periodic inventories and participate in monthly inventory program.
- Train the staff and monitor their performance and progress.
- Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to achieve set productivity targets
- Coordinate with other departments, staff groups and customers.
- Achieve Quality, Delivery and budget objectives.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements.
- Generate reports, statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Brief the team on the issues arrived on that particular day and oversee the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Qualification : Any Graduate with Post graduation in Material Management
