Warehouse Manager

Candidates from large RETAIL companies would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for opening effective and efficient operation of Distribution Centres.

- Defining and implementation of packaging improvement projects.

- Developing robust process and SOP across functions.

- Define and communicate roadmaps

- Preparing Network design for Distribution centre and transportation

- Budgeting and cost optimization project implementation.

- DC Operations Management

- Must have managed regional distribution centres.

- Good communication with the customers and acting as single window information for in and outflow of information and its execution.

- Management of 3PL service provider.

- Development of vendor base.

- Inventory management

- Resolved various stock variance issues.

- Monitoring warehouse operations pertaining to order management of trade for all the distributors

- Involved in a generation, analysis of various MIS reports such as Stock return report, SLOB report, FDD report, POD report, VMI accomplishment report, etc.

Exp: 10-18 years

Reporting to:- Director- Ops

The candidate should have a technical education background so BE- from- reputed- engineering- college- is- must.

Additional info:

- Area manager or Operations manager from E-Com will be suitable.

- Exposure of Solution design and operation of 3PL will also be good to have.

- Experience in Automobile + 3PL OR automobile +ecomm OR consumer durables + e-comm

- NO Telecom industry experience & NO Fresh Startups

- Good presentation and communication skills is a must.
