Job Description: Walter Advisors is seeking a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-articleship experience. The ideal candidate should have a background in Audit and Taxation, including their articleship period, with specific experience in working with manufacturing companies.

Job Responsibilities:

Debt Syndication:

- Documentation: Prepare required documents for debt syndication and work with banks and financial institutions to get approvals.

- Client Interaction: Collect necessary information from clients and their teams for debt syndication.

- Credit Rating Support: Help clients with credit rating processes to improve their financial status.

Management Consulting and Financial Advisory:

- CFO Services: Provide strategic financial advice as an external CFO for clients.

- Financial Decision Support: Advise on important financial decisions for projects and investments.

- Financial Reporting: Help clients improve their financial reporting for better transparency.

- MIS Development: Create and refine management information systems for clients and support them until they can manage on their own.

- Compliance Guidance: Ensure clients follow accounting standards and regulations.

- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.

- Handling miscellaneous items related to accounting, direct tax, indirect tax, FEMA, Company Law, and other matters as required by the client from time to time.

Position Requirements :

- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of post-articleship experience in audit and taxation.

- Experience in managing clients with a turnover exceeding Rs. 100 crores in the manufacturing sector.

- Must have experience of preparing financial statements.

- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Decent proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English.
