Walmart - Product Manager

Order Management System (OMS) is the orchestrator of Online orders, helping with the fulfilment and customer communication of these orders at Walmart. With huge focus and growth in online ecommerce, Walmart Labs, Bangalore is looking to build a strong Product Management team to revamp the technology and functionality.

Responsibilities:

- You will develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple verticals within OMS, in support of corporate goals and objectives.

- You will lead a team of Product Managers, investing your time in building a team and developing talent who can deliver great products.

- You and your team will use online, omni-channel and fulfilment data, customer and associate feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

- You will work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, working across time zones and frequently traveling to build customer. closeness and stakeholder relationship.

- You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership.

- You will help you team research competition and third-party vendors to understand the market dynamics.

- You and your team will prioritize, design and implement projects and enhancements.

- You and your team will leverage data to make more informed product decisions.

- You will work closely with Marketing, the Business and A/B testing teams to launch products and ensure their adoption.

Requirements:

- You hold a Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management.

- You come with 4+ years of software product management experience.
