Manager - vendor master, insurance, legacy & SAP systems

- To develop & implement Financial Systems/SAP, vendor master management and control, drive Financial Governance, drive & ensure implementation of Ind AS
Issue Resolution impacting SAP System Change/Configuration Change/Bug Fix (Day to Day basis) :
- Analysis the impact of any System changes (Configuration & development)
- Partnering with IBM,ISD & User for such change / Bug Fix in SAP (for Development, UAT & its implementation)
- Verifying & reviewing the changes in Production system.
Performing the administrator activity & managing key master data maintenance in SAP :
- Submission of Online COA (Chart of Account) request to WM Global COA Governance Team for Approval.
- Creation/Change of Chart of Account in SAP & Legacy System and reconciliation of COA of SAP with Legacy.
- Creation/Change of Site, Cost Centre, Profit Centre in SAP and reconciliation of Site of SAP with Legacy.
- Period Closure in SAP / Legacy (Monthly & Annual).
- Year End closing activity (Carried forward of year-end ending balances, Commitments & Budgets, Number Range maintenance etc).
- Maintenance of Exchange (Customs & Excise) Rates in SAP.
- All Administrator Activity in SAP (Re-run failed postings, STO Reversal etc).
SAP-GRC Tool Maintenance & Management :
- SAP - Governance, Risk & Compliance tool - Identifying, defining and reviewing the Access Risk in GRC Tool.
- Building & Strengthening System Access Control.
- Defining the remediation plan and Mitigation Controls
- Monitoring and reporting Access Risk
Strengthening the System Controls & Access Control instead of Manual Controls :
- Timely completion of Internal and External Audit points
- Identification, Development & Creation of New Processes and Streamlining / Refining the Current Process for better control.
Lead for Insurance Compliance for India :
- Monitoring of all insurance related issues for India business.
- Handling Fixed assets, Inventory & property comprehensive insurance for assets worth INR 1450 Crores across 21 clubs
- Directors & Officers Insurance worth INR 70 Crores covering the liability of Directors & Officers of WM India
- Partnering with Insurance agencies and team for formulation and control of right Insurance Framework for India
Vendor Master Management and Control :
- Ensure that all payment terms, on invoice allowance are correctly updated in Vendor Master (Approximate 3600 Vendor Data base for Merchandise and 14,000 relates to GNFR)
- Control timely and accurate registration of vendors in Vendor master to avoid any internal control issues
- Review and monitor reconciliation of Vendor Master in SAP with Legacy
- Support the compliance monitoring, assessments & audits
- Continuous monitoring & strengthening of controls in vendor management sub vertical
Compliance Sensitive Accounts Monitoring & Support :
- Periodical review of compliance sensitive accounts. Document, discuss and implement the observations through training & communication and monitoring efforts
- Support Level I, Level II and Global Audit teams during monitoring projects
Ind AS Implementation and liaison with Internal and External Auditors : Ensure Implementation of Ind As (India Version of IFRS) by March 2017 (This is the new requirement under India Accounting and Companies Act domain)
- Liasion with Internal and External Auditors for implementation of Ind AS and other internal audit closures
Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountant with SAP Consulting Experience is preferable
