Wallet Operations Role - Risk/Fraud/Operational Framework - BFSI

Develop a Risk, Fraud and an operational framework for wallet operations

Continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the designing, implementation

Should have worked hands on in development of wallets

Continuously analyse & implement customer usage data and actively liaise with the analytics team to think of newer reports towards better tracking and monitoring

Help set up a dedicated Support Structure process for monitoring of complaints and queries to draw up either tactical or strategic solutions

Ability to work with diverse set of teams across sections of the bank and external stakeholders

The candidate should have an good understanding of clearing, reconciliation, settlement and dispute process
