Wall Street Finance - Chief Technology Officer

CTO Role &Responsibilities

- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company in line with the organization goals.

- Design and implement Software architecture, selection of technology stack & development framework.

- Provide strategic direction for Digital transformation

- Ability to understand the Domain and provide strong leadership in Functional & Technical front.

- Build an agile development culture and create a positive environment

- Keeping track of tech trends and ensure innovation

- Planning & monitoring of IT Budgets and ensuring effective Cost Management.

- Ensuring Sustainability and scalability of Tech infra and application.

- Take over full responsibility for the Software development team, Dev Ops & Infra team.

- Setting KPIs for the team, mentor, monitor and manage a winning team.

- Create a strong Dev Ops culture of Planning, S/w release Management, Version control.

- Companys IT infrastructure Management & Control.

- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.

Requirements:

- MastersDegree in Computer Science or related field.

- 10+ year's experience in Software development / management and having autonomously managed software development teams for 5+ Years.

- Exposure to Forex, Finance or Payments domain.

- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.

- Good knowhow on JAVA development, latest app development frameworks.

- Strong communication skill, listening, negotiation, conflict management skills and leadership.

Technology Exposure should be - Java, MYSQL, Android app development, iOS native app etc.
