Position Name: Talent Acquisition Lead Work Location: Bangalore Department: HR (TA) About Wadhwani Foundation (www.wfglobal.org) Job Description: The Role Context: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will contribute towards the growth of the Foundation by developing best in class Talent Acquisition strategies, build employer brand to attract talent from challenging and niche markets, strengthen relations with business / external stakeholders, thus meeting the objective of the role which is to "Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction" Key Responsibilities: As a TA Lead : - Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies - Work closely with the marketing team to build and promote the employer brand - Research, study and suggest alternative sourcing strategies to attract & hire hard-to-fill roles - Regular updates and maintain the ATS tool - Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process, escalate and suggest improvements - Design and implement process to improve candidate experience and pre-onboarding candidate engagement - Lead and guide team members to deliver on the KPIs - Regular reviews with the Leaders / Hiring Managers on the status of hires; create and publish KPI dashboards including challenges, if any - Identify, negotiate and onboard external hiring vendors As a TA Specialist: - Understand job roles, interact with hiring managers, and ensure JDs are clearly defined - Source for all levels / job roles, through direct channels and networks, and deliver in-house sourcing capability to the extent of 90% - Manage of end to end hiring of positions, including screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiations, offer roll out and onboarding - Stay updated on all of the Foundation programs, and pitch the role / organization to the candidates - Attract and retain the attention of right talent through the interview process, and ensure high candidate satisfactions scores - Continually seek out opportunities for process improvements, thus increasing customer satisfaction - Ensure recruitment KPIs are met in terms of Cost, Quality and Time. - Stay abreast with the recruitment trends, talent market, and advice management/hiring managers on the latest trends - Drive employee referral program to build a strong pipeline of talent - Ensure closure of positions through the empaneled partners (contingent workforce, search firms, job posting agencies, temporary staffing agencies etc.) - Maintain all records, data, analysis in the defined format. Skills & Experience: - Applicants must hold a relevant post-graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA or allied disciplines - Minimum 6 to 8 years as a recruiter, and 2+ years as TA Lead - Experience is hiring Tech roles and non Tech roles - Experience in both domestic and international recruitment, including ability to do & handle search mandates - Highly developed sense of ethics, integrity and confidentiality; attention to details, ability to meet deadlines; can thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment - Team player; with good interpersonal skills, willing to work in a multicultural environment with teams in different countries - Ability to interact, persuade and influence effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures - Good English-language skills, both spoken and written - Strong skills in using technology, including knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and MIS/Dashboards - Indepth knowledge of ATS tool - Team management and focus on delivering numbers
