Role Context:

With the mission of the foundation to ensure 15Mn youth to be trained and successfully placed in the industry by 2030 this role requires a dynamic, technology driven, passionate business leader to drive the inputs, outputs and outcomes and contributing in making a visible impact to the youth of the country. Leader with proven track record in managing & expanding with Government & Private sector initiatives at national/state level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities for outcome and output of the country WO initiative

- Expansion of Business in India - segment wise and developing accounts

- Responsible to identify and implement new biz models

- Maintaining the data integrity

- Representing Wadhwani Foundation with stakeholders

- Creating employers network in nation

- Strong experience in building technology solutions, oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the accounts

- Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving objectives

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years in operations management and leading teams

- B2C experience

- Strong background in creating systems and processes

- Strong communication skills and high EQ

- Complex problem solving and skills

- Strategic/Innovative Thinker

- Attention to details

- Drive team to meet objectives

- Work experience with Govt. agencies, Education sector and moved to Technology

- Experience with ITP Eco system

- Data Analytics

- Experience to start and grow and accounts
