Responsibilities :
- Lead team of Sales Representatives on field
- Track goals and achievements of the Commercial team
- Define expansion strategy in the city
- Assisting City Leader in developing long-term project strategies
- Watch over Business Plan KPIs
- Advising project risks and issues and their solutions
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Coordinate with various functional teams and areas including Operations, Customer Loyalty Team, Marketing, Audit
- Provide appropriate data analytics of sales
- Building reports through data analysis
- Building processes to improve the operations
Requirements :
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Leadership, teamwork, communication, adaptability, creativity, initiative, self-motivation
- Team working Analytical and commercial skills Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economy or Engineering
- MBA preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Excel, Maps
- Fluent in English and in local languages
- Previous experience leading teams, e-commerce, B2B
