INTERNAL : EMB, Proposal, Marketing, Projects, Engineering, HR, SBU Finance, Admin, Secretarial &amp; Legal, IT Treasury,Subsidiaries, Associates and JVs of Wabag Group KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and DELIVERABLES: 1) a) Coordinate timely completion of Audit of all MDUs b) Preparation / review of consolidated financial statements including upto Publication of financials as per Clause Regulation 33 c) Participate in team for preparation of the Annual Report for Wabag Group. 2) a) Lead the annual budgeting exercise, follow up with MDUs to get the draft Budget on time. b) Review and ensure the draft Budget is as per the guidelines and communicate the observation to all MDUs. c) Prepare the Consolidated Budget on yearly basis and present to management for approval and sign off rolling forecasts and sign off as per agreed timelines d) Work along with the subsidiaries through the year to ensure that Budgets and Forecast are met. 3) Act as a controller for a cluster of entities, co-ordinate and review of i. Monthly MIS with variance explanations ii. Project Margin analysis iii. Balance Sheet Analysis, Risks and Opportunities iv. Cash Position of Group entities v. Tax related analysis Derive actions out of the meetings and reviews, follow up to closure. 4) a) Global Tax compliance and Transfer Pricing b) Moot new opportunities and models for tax optimization across the group - Tax arbitrage, contract modelling, business structure 5) a) Own and periodically update the Group Accounting Manual. b) Develop and periodically update Group policies. c) Act as advisor for accounting queries in the group - IndAS / IFRS 6) Providing information for Investor and Analyst presentations and Press Releases 7) Provide ERP solutions to Finance / Project Modules across all MDUs
