Roles & Responsibilies:
- Must have handled assignment of appointment of Franchisee /Showrooms for Sales of Electric/ Electronics Household Products.
- Ensures implementation of in-store look & feel of products, placement of products for visibility and outdoor look of the shoppee.
- Organize Trainings to sales/service engineers of franchisees and update them about new products lines.
- Ensure Follows up with the help of his team for dispatch of stock during season launch, as per break-up for the respective stores.
- Participating in the Business Fairs, Expo, Local Trade Fairs/Festivals etc and generate the leads and close the inquiries. Conducts roadshows, instore-outdoors promotion activities.
- Conducts seminars, presentation to local societies, various professional associations for promotion of Solar Shoppee.
- Works with inputs to Management on inventory levels.
- Looks at options to move stock from stores to Market
- Supports the preparation of Annual Business Plan, based on analysis of past performance, market conditions and expansion plans from operations; provides store-wise and category-wise projections for new as well as existing stores .
- Supports the Franchisee's sales - service engineers teams to achieve store-wise sales targets.
- Develop marketing, promotional strategies for increasing sales of Shoppee.
- Identify locations within territory with scope for opening a new Solar Shoppee
- Maintain data of parties interested in business partnership and regularly update the same by call and personal visits.
- Sales Target Achievement and Focused Goal Orientation are key attributes. Must achieve Sales Quota every month.
- Responsible for Order booking and Revenue Collection from Franchisees Partners.
- Reporting of Sales activities in CRM regularly/ reviewed weekly
- Should report daily to respective his/her manager and update progress about stores sales and inventories.
- Able to interact with potential walk-in customers, buyers, people, decision makers in order to push for sales of solar products..
- Managing the Bigger opportunities with the help of franchisee partners
- Alert to market dynamics and reporting to managers.
- Fast mover and persistent.
- Must be willing to accept new challenges and adapt fast.
- Smoother cross function co-ordination for Franchisee needs/demands.
- Have to make presentations, prepare quotes, do competition analysis and keep HO updated about competition.
- Must collect money/LCs within the committed time frame.
