What we are looking for :
- We are looking for a finance manager who will oversee our finance function as we rapidly scale. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance team.
- You will have the opportunity to define/build/run robust processes that you think are necessary for our growth. You will have the opportunity to partner with the founders and functional heads to enable our businesses to function effectively.
As a Finance manager your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management of financial operations within the company (accounting, payroll, collections, preparation of financial statements, compliance and other transactions)
- Oversee preparation of MIS, investor reports and other financial reports required by the management & Board
- Reviewing financial statements & co-ordinating with the team for book closure activities (monthly & annual)
- Responsible for liaising with auditors, year-end closure of accounts and ROC filings
- Manage preparation of company budgets and track actuals vs budgets
- Managing cash flow positions and providing cash flow projections to the CEO and board of directors
- Ensure statutory compliance/payments requirements of the organization are met including income tax, TDS, GST and other global compliance related requirements.
- Coordinating with various consultants and ensuring all the compliance- labor and commercial and regularly complied with.
- Managing due diligence for fundraising closure
- Manage outsourced functions
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager (SAAS company experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Proficient user of ERP systems (Experience in Netsuite is a plus)
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Professional qualification such as CA/CPA
- End-to-end management of financial operations within the company
Accounting Management:
- Own Transactions module end to end
- Reviewing financial statements & co-ordinating with the team for book closure activities (monthly & annual)
Board reporting Management:
- Oversee preparation of MIS, investor reports and other financial reports required by the management & Board

Audit Management:
