Role Purpose:
At Softsens baby, we are on a mission to provide safe, effective efficient natural and desirable products to every Indian mom our there. As our business expands, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand manager to support the team to build and scale up the Softsens brand via effective communication and reach
Reporting to: AGM
Job Authority:
- To hold all brand communication and develop custom marketing and advertising strategies and creative designs and layouts for effective communication and brand awareness
- Responsible for bringing the brand vision and mission to life and achieving the brand goals and targets
Technical Skills & Knowledge - Requirement:
- Actual Ability to think innovatively and creatively
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity understanding of consumer needs & Behavior
- Have a full understanding of the marketing mix
- Some experience with BTL activities
- Have good communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical ability, with skill to analyze data and develop effective insights
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media, own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Ideate & work with external vendors to develop effective & creative branding for offline market including parasite branding, bins, Posters, standees, shelf strips etc.
- Responsible for assisting BTL and brand activation team with the planning of marketing strategies to grow sales and traffic and drive brand awareness
- Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
- Working on all new product development ideas right from creating briefs to execution
spending time in market to understand shopper behaviors
- Working with sales and logistics team to ensure smooth supply chain across all depots month on month
- Coordinate with all marketing and branding agencies
- Translate brand plans and communications into go to market strategies
- Monitor Market trends and research consumer trends. Conduct surveys and focused group discussions
- Measure and report performance across all marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI's and KPI's oversee new & ongoing marketing / advertising activities
- Devise and implement innovation growth & awareness strategies
