We are looking for an Analyst to work within our Customer Engagement Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement measurement strategies that align with our marketing and business objectives; provide expertise of marketing analytics to solve business problems and increase customer retention. The role will also involve design and rollout of advanced analytics models to sharp shoot relevant consumer segments and increase retention revenue.
- Work on key engagement track of Gamification operations across markets, in sync with in-market execution teams
- Own and drive overall engagement KPIs for a key market
- Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights on the usage, revenue stream and campaigns based on available analytics data
- Represent the team's data and product requirements in discussions with the technology team
- Collaborate with business and product teams to analyse their business problems and identify opportunities
- Develop custom marketing dashboard and automation of existing reports
- Analyse marketing activities to make them more efficient by using IT resources
- Identify market trends, consumer behaviour and drive cross-channel intervention to promote growth
- Some experience in implementing statistical concepts of regression/ classification and clustering in a marketing analytics environment will be an advantage
Skills Looking for are :
- Bachelors in Statistics or B.E./ B. Tech with 1-5 years of experience, in a tier 1 institute
- Post graduate from a top institute preferred
- High level of experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Excel
- Ability to work in either one of the statistical/programming languages- R, Python, SAS or SPSS
- High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns
- Has experience with/ understanding of Gamification/ LiveOps campaigns
- Is presently handling CRM analytics in a reputed agency/ in house team
- Gamer preferred
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new concepts and technologies
- Exposure to unstructured big data stack would be a plus
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
