Job Title: ERP Implementation Specialist (Core Accounting)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified ERP Implementation Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in core accounting and ERP system implementation. The ideal candidate will specialize in Payroll, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Financial Reporting, and ERP Administration in Oracle NetSuite, with expertise in integrating ERP systems like Sage Intacct with third-party applications such as BILL, Expensify, Stampli, Nexonia, and Tipalti. Certifications in Oracle NetSuite (SuiteFoundation, Advanced Revenue Management) and Sage Intacct (Implementation Specialist, Accounting Specialist) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementation & Integration:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct, including data migration (Master Data, Historical TBs), gap analysis, and customization.

- Troubleshoot sync errors, feature preferences, and system integrations with third-party apps like BILL, Expensify, and Stampli.

- Optimize ERP workflows for payroll, AR, AP, and financial reporting.

2. Core Accounting Management:

- Oversee payroll processing, invoice management, payment cycles, and financial reporting within Oracle NetSuite.

- Act as an ERP Administrator, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and performance optimization.

3. Project Management & Client Collaboration:

- Schedule and lead client meetings to align project timelines, deliverables, and training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

4. Testing & Reporting:

- Conduct system testing for functionality and accuracy.

- Generate custom financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite/Sage Intacct to meet client needs.

Mandatory Skills & Certifications:

Certifications:

- Oracle NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation.

- Oracle NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management.

- Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist.

- Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist.

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (Payroll, AR, AP, Reporting) and Sage Intacct.

- Experience integrating ERPs with BILL, Expensify, Stampli, Nexonia, Tipalti.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, and data migration.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

- Agile project management with ability to handle multiple implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and financial automation tools.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello for project tracking.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
