Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and1 profitability analysis.

- Provide insightful financial recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze capital expenditure proposals and provide financial justification.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (e. , GAAP, IFRS), tax regulations, and internal control procedures.

- Manage the audit process, including liaising with external auditors and addressing audit findings.

- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

- Manage tax planning and compliance, including direct and indirect taxes.

- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure timely implementation.

Treasury & Cash Management:

- Manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash balances.

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Manage foreign exchange risk and implement hedging strategies.

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Manage working capital and optimize inventory levels.

Team Management & Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Identify and address training and development needs of team members.

Strategic Initiatives & Projects:

- Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial input.

- Lead or support financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.

- Manage financial systems implementation and upgrades.

- Support the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- MBA or professional certification (e. , CPA, CMA, CA) preferred.

- 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (e. , SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
