Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Recommend relevant products or services to enhance customer experience and drive value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Navigator, etc.) to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (3+ years, 5+ years).
- Strong track record of success in upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apolloio, Navigator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
