We always recognize, nurture each and every individual to implement their ideas for the betterment of the projects Job description: The Vice President of Human Resources will be at the helm of developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. This includes areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The VP HR will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Strategic Leadership - Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives - Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues 2. Talent Management - Work with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent - Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals 3. Performance Management - Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with corporate and operational - Provide oversight and direction regarding performance management, workforce planning, succession planning 4. Training and Development - Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the firm. - Offer expert advice on staff learning and development, career paths, and employee satisfaction initiatives 5. Compliance and Employee Relations - Ensure that the organization complies with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements - Direct the preparation of information requested or required for compliance - Oversee the management of employee rel 6.
