Vrinsoft - Technical Project Manager

- We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and drive successful mobile application projects from inception through completion.

- This on-site, full-time role is pivotal in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring milestones are achieved.

- As a key leader, the Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional mobile app solutions for clients of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and completion.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of mobile applications.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Program Management & Coordination:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Coordinate activities across various departments, including Development, QA, Product Management, and Client Support.

- Drive program management activities, including status updates, performance tracking, and client reporting.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Facilitate effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

- Guide team members in project methodologies, providing training and resources as needed.

Stakeholder & Client Communication:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, setting expectations and providing regular project updates.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control & Process Improvement:

- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and client requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

- Monitor project KPIs, regularly assess performance, and adjust strategies to meet goals.

Qualifications:

Technical & Project Management Expertise:

- Proven experience in project and program management within the tech industry, particularly with mobile application projects.

- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex project-related challenges.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

- Strong team leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Project Management Certification:

- PMP, Agile, or related certification is highly desirable.

Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes:
