Project Manager

- Project managers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.

- They are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.

- Experience in building project teams, transition planning, project operations, project reporting and ensuring successful delivery.

- Proficient in collaborating with client to understand their requirements, business drivers and providing optimal solutions.

- Experienced in large scale Infrastructure RFPs, working on providing effort estimates, transition planning, solution articulation including best practices and ideas for automation.

- Worked in various capacities at onsite and offshore locations on Infrastructure assignments such as Roles and responsibility Initiating phase Integration management: Developing a project charter Stakeholder management: Identifying stakeholders
