Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Vrinsoft Technology Pvt.Ltd in Ahmedabad.

- The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

- They will collaborate with department managers to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure a positive work environment.

Experience: 8+ Years.

First Preference: Ahmedabad Location.

Qualifications:

- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.

- Training and Development expertise.

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
