Overall objective of the role The Partner Contract Service Delivery Lead (PC-SDL) manages a portfolio of global Accounts for countries where the payroll has been outsourced, and is accountable for the end to end service of the assigned clients. Responsible for leading the VPS operations team, to ensure systems and processes are in place and working to high standards, and for both the CLIENT and PARTNER relationship, ensuring that all contractual agreements are delivered on time and accurately. The role covers the SDM global responsibilities with the additional accountability of Governing VPS Operations, the PARTNER relationship, strategic partnership agreements and Commercials.- End to end management of the operational team, including regular individual reviews, training, performance management, absence management and overall adherence to Alight policies.

- Work in partnership with Account Management to ensure accurate and timely contract revisions .

- Ensures an in-depth knowledge of the contract's Terms and Conditions for both CLIENT and PARTNER agreements for all relevant parties internally

- Ongoing review of the Country Solution Workbook and ensure updates are captured - Year End management

- Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools to ensure adherence to targets; if targets are not being met, root cause and action to be provided to your manager

- Proactively creates and enhances strong internal networking to address challenges and opportunities through the right levels

- Conduct Service Review meetings, ensuring actions and follow ups are timely and accurate - Conduct Governance calls with PARTNERS to manage the relationship and performance - Project Management to ensure successful implementation of any new service or processes.

- Accountable for operating cost targets, budgets, and forecast, Prepares new fiscal year forecast and monthly review of actuals.

- Invoicing, review, challenge and approve PARTNER invoices and to ensure they are aligned with the SOW and that POs are valid and accurate

- Minimum 5 years' experience with Payroll and HR operations in CLIENT facing situations


- Experience of team leadership

- Exceptional influencing skills, both internally and externally

- Effective at managing both up and down the organizational chain via communications through to execution.

- Change management experience

Graduate :

- Project management experience would be an advantage

- Previous Supplier Management experience would be an advantage

- Experience in working with multiple payrolls and HRIS

- Outsourced payroll experience

- Experience working with HR and payroll data

- Experience managing a team

- HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge would be an advantage.
