As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced senior Corporate & Workforce Strategy professionals for their global center in Bangalore.

Job Description: As the Vice President, you will be reporting to the COO and will be responsible for:

- Heading the Workforce Strategy for Bangalore site

- Heading the Vendor Governance for all the vendors and service provider based in South India

- Over viewing the routine maintenance of IT, Infrastructure and engineering systems

- Monitoring and escalating issues to business and handling client engagement

- Reviewing and visiting vendor sites for Audits

- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and prioritize initiatives focused on client services

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have a graduate with a minimum of 12 years of Operations experience heading Workforce Strategy and Vendor Governance with a Global MNC firm. Additionally, you would have experience in excellent stakeholder management.

- You come with brilliant communication and persuasive skills.
