About our Client - Our client is a leading investment bank with an established presence in India.

Job Description - Reporting into a Director, you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing vendor performance ensuring delivery is as per requirements

- Identification and timely resolution of any issues

- Providing technical assistance/support as and when required

- Providing required support to onsite managers for effective delivery

- Ensuring BCP plans are in place and subject to regular review

The Successful Candidate - You must have atleast 12 years of relevant experience in the Investment banking operations space with an excellent track record of delivery throughout your career. Similar experience in managing vendor operations will be preferred.
