About our Client - Our client is a leading retail, corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced Global Retail Operations professionals for their captive centers in India.

Job Description - As the Vice President, you will be reporting to a Director and will be responsible for:

- Heading the team managing investigations and resolutions of enquires

- Managing the teams for business across Retail, Commercial, Securities and Treasury

- Monitoring and escalating issues to business

- Managing global stakeholders and clients

- Leading and Implementing strategy and change initiatives

The Successful Candidate - You will have an MBA from a top tier school with a minimum of 10 years of Operations experience in Banking domain preferably Retail and Commercial for US & other global markets. Additionally, you would have managed a team of at least 200 members and should have excellent stakeholder management skills. You come with brilliant communication and persuasive skills.
