VP - US Compliance & Risk  Role Description:  - Demonstrates extensive US and local regulatory compliance knowledge to be able to effectively support and drive the Global Compliance Program  - Support the lines of business for adherence to the Global Compliance Core Practices and framework  - Liaising with the US and regional lines of business Compliance teams to ensure consistent and best practice compliance procedures and controls are adhered to and implemented  - Assess the impact of new policies and assisting in the design and implementation  Requirements:  - 5-8+ years experience in Risk, Compliance or Audit  - Exposure to one or more of the following lines of business : Consumer Bank,  investment and asset management  - Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to each line of business  - Understanding of corporate governance requirements and principles of risk management and compliance principles
