Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you shall-

Support the leadership to manage banks liquidity by conducting relevant research and supporting the ALCO review of banks liquidity

Act as moderator for monthly Liquidity Management Committee meeting wherein bank's tactical liquidity strategy is decided on the basis prevailing dynamic market scenarios

Pertinent member in the liability pricing strategy and base rate computation including contribution to the development of monitoring and evaluation tools to understand the impact of change in market rates over pricing of assets and liabilities

Supporting the leadership in evaluation of business proposals, strategies, impact of regulatory changes and industry practices

Conduct analytical work to strengthen the knowledge base of the Bank on policies and programs in alignment with regulators

Lead the enhancement of balancesheet growth by designing and implementation of incentive premium model

Responsible for preparation and monitoring of annual budget and forecast and evaluation of same against actual achievement

Provide strategic to CEO/ CFO and other global stakeholders on a broad range of analytical and advisory services, with the help of captive unit supporting the team

Responsible for financial modelling for deriving behavioral patterns of products to ascertain banks liability and commitment for the same

Responsible for review of management re-allocations including funds transfer pricing and liquidity cost to enable performance evaluation

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA/Tier I MBA with 10+ years of experience in large setups

A strong knowledge on treasury/liquidity management in a regional/global capacity is a must for this role

You would possess financial accounting knowledge with sound understanding of revenue, capital, balance sheet, cost and head count measures
