Level: VP level (Cluster Lead : Travel Solutions)
Position is based in: Gurgaon (Highly Preferred, since the team is entirely based there)
Overall Responsibility:
- Lead the process of defining, articulating and support the selling of Travel propositions and solutions.
- Take a proactive role in embedding Travel into Industry-specific BPO offerings, and driving the Go-To-Market strategy for such embedded BPO offerings.
- Demonstrate sound thought leadership around Travel best practices, models, frameworks, trends, etc.
- Lead practice development in focus domains; Analyze industry value chain, Identify process Improvement, orbit shifting changes, related opportunities across the value chain, build solutions to address these opportunities
- Would be handling a team up to 10 (AVP level & below)
- Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it
- Work with Internal (Sales, Marketing) and external (clients, advisors) stakeholders to create demand and deliver industry-leading value propositions / solutions
- Work with Business Units to incubate new solutions through consulting, diagnostics, POCs etc and deliver successful outcomes
- Provide direction to the team on generating reports on company/competitor profiles, clinical trial mapping /analysis, forecasting, product benchmarking and licensing support
- Provide sales support in terms of writing proposals, providing time-effort estimates and creating samples/ demos/ prototypes
Desired Profile:
- Overall experience of 12+ years in delivering Travel Solutions/operation with atleast 5+years in Travel Solutions
- Need to have broad-based industry & functional experience, i.e. across travel and logistics
- Post Graduate (MBA / Master’s degree)
- Experience in multiple data sources such as primary market research, secondary data and syndicated reports
- Understanding and experience in Travel Domain
