Our client is a leading corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centres in APAC they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team to develop a continuous improvement culture in their global shared services set-up.

Job Description:

Our client is looking at expanding their risk management setup consisting of diverse process across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Counterparty Risk, etc and are looking for a seasoned professional who would be responsible for driving/managing large scale projects across these functions.

Reporting into the Director of Projects, your key responsibilities would entail:

- Independent Delivery of transitions and Change projects and programs across entities, jurisdictions, client divisions of the Group of high complexity and Impact

- Manage assigned project or program to meet project goals and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects of the project

- Deliver transition and change projects and programs at Global and strategic level

- Identify key stakeholders and team members for projects needed and assign individual responsibilities

- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet project goals

- Track project progress and document project actions, risks, issues and decisions and escalate where appropriate

- Maintain project documentation repository up to date and track actual spend against assigned project budget

- Organize and chair project steering committees

The Successful Applicant:

- You must be a qualified professional with over 12 years of strong experience across transitions, change management and large scale program management within a Retail or an Investment Banking setup

- You must have extensive experience to project management techniques and tools along with a track record of applying these controls across several projects.

- Prior experience of working within the risk management domain or experience of managing change related programs within the risk domain (market risk, credit risk, counter-party risk, etc) shall be an added advantage

- Prior experience of senior stake holder management and dashboard / management pack preparation is a must.

- Excellent communication skills with exceptional ability to deal with global stakeholders is critical
