About our Client - Our client is a leading global MNC Bank employing a little over a quarter million people. They have been market leaders across Investment banking, wholesale & corporate banking in most of the global financial centers. In India, they have been setting Industry benchmarks of service levels and innovations in their various COEs in their captive centers for the last decade. As part of their Investment Banking Operations unit, they seek an exceptional leader for their Mumbai site.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for:

- Co-ordinating and facilitating the transfer of service ownership from the operations team globally to the Service Delivery teams within the in India.

- Taking responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of projects to the allocated timescale, quality and budget.

- Crafting and execution of transition plans for all multi locations projects.

- Pursue new businesses, by bringing transformation and transition ideas to the table, as part of the proposal.

The Successful Candidate - You will be an CA/MBA with atleast 12 years of experience in operations of which atleast 3 years would be at a senior management level. You will currently be working with a global bank familiar with process & operational environment including management and external reporting. You must have strong business knowledge of Investment Banking, including product, process and system knowledge. Along with being experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, you including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships are inherent in this role. You will have exceptional team management & communication skills as well as proven experience in delivering and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
