VP - Transfer Agency - Bank

We are looking to hire a VP in transfer agency team for one of the MNC Bank.

Job Location : Bangalore

Job responsibilities:

- Managing a team of FTEs providing Transfer Agency services (Dealing/Registration / Banking and Settlements, Reconciliations) to Multiple Management Companies operating in EMEA markets.

- Measuring, Defining and Monitoring SLAs and KRIs. Regular Client Interaction and weekly/monthly performance reviews.

- Defining goals and monitoring progress against the targets for teams.

- Yearly appraisals of Asst. Managers, Team Leaders and Operations Executives.
