The key roles and responsibilities of this function are:

Real estate investment advisory:

- Advising clients on transactions relating to investment sales and purchases, joint ventures deals, joint development agreements, private equity placements, structured financing, loan syndication and other financing vehicles.

- Undertake in-depth feasibility analysis for the project and provide clients with strategies on timing, product-mix, marketing approach, funding sources etc

- Create innovative investment offering structures and funding mechanisms to suit both developer and investor.

- Negotiating with investors, developers, asset owners and various other intermediaries to achieve transaction closure.

- Advising and consulting developers and investors to extract the true value of their assets.

- Developing and capitalizing on relationships locally and internationally ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship for the clients and for the company.

- Development of financial models for various real estate asset classes and deal structures.

- Development of various databases to enhance our reach and effective market intelligence.

- Candidate Should have the ability to successfully concluded transactions and meet the objective to the satisfaction of the parties involved.

- Confident of devising and preparing approach strategies for our clients depending on their need statement.

- Being a single point of contact for various clients and assume responsibility and accountability for multiple key accounts.

- Ability to execute multiple projects actively and build relationships with teams to obtain co-operation and collaborations.
