VP - Trade Surveillance - Investment Banking

Our client is a global investment bank and financial services institution with offices across the globe. They are hiring for growing their trade surveillance and hiring for VP role.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing Trade Surveillance Team, integrate new process and enhance existing process.

- Review Sales & Trading exception reports, identify and challenge issues and report for appropriate corrective action.

- Create trend analysis of the issues identified during trade surveillance and suggesting remedial actions for recurring trader or client behaviour.

- Ensure trading activities are under regulatory, legal and organization policies.

- Identify and drive resolution of data related issues.

- Monitor and enhance front office controls.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- CA or MBA.

- 12-18 years of relevant experience in trade surveillance or trade support

- Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, derivatives, and FI.

- Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.

- People Manager and Leadership skills.

- Project Management and process improvement.
