Due to constant expansion and to bring their business to even greater heights in India, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Middle-Office candidate to take one a pioneer leadership role in Mumbai.

Job Description - The position reports into the Director- Trade Services. You will be leading and mentoring a team of about 30 professional and will be their guide on the subject. in addition you will be responsible for:

- Working on the strategic realignment of functions for the Global Equity Derivative business globally.

- Collaborating with FO and Business Development Managers to interpret the business strategy and articulate it to the support the business.

- Analyzing the control environment to ensure that all existing controls are adequate and effective.

- Providing RTB expertise for complex issue resolution.

- Working with On- Shore management to help drive any Trade Capture enhancements across all infrastructures.

- Delivering training which will include drafting and reviewing training materials.

The Successful Candidate - You will have more than 10 years of relevant banking experience in the Trade Services space, with a focus towards Equities Operations. You have evolved problem solving skills and a strong decision making ability. An in-depth knowledge of derivatives products, across asset classes and an absolute understanding of the trading environment (Trade Capture to balance sheet) is absolutely essential. You have the ability to build and maintain strong relations with tough/demanding stakeholders. In the past, you have managed a group of people successfully in a similar space and have a passion for grooming talent. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
