About our Client - Our client is a leading financial services conglomerate with an established presence in India.

Job Description - Reporting into a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting global and cross regional initiatives to increase platform capabilities

- Analysing current procedures and identifying gaps to improve delivery

- Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and audit norms

- Translating business/product requirements to clear measurable tasks to achieve desired results

- Engaging with various stakeholders across the business including Product, Sales, Vendors and Technology

The Successful Candidate - Preferably holding a Masters degree from a top notch university, you must have atleast 12 years of relevant experience in the Transaction Banking space. With a thorough understanding and knowledge across all products in the Trade finance space, you must have a strong orientation to improve processes and ensure efficient delivery. Project coordination skills along with ability to map and migrate processes and positively influence senior stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.
