Job Description: VP Telesales/ Insidesales
1.Drive young B2C Sales team, with passion and metrics-driven approach to increase productivity, manage pipeline, forecast and drive desired sales behaviors to achieve the Targets.
2. Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with the sales teams to develop and implement innovative action plans.
3.Hire, train and grow a team of professionals in sales, account management and customer success.
4.Monitor, coach, and develop ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch the relevant product benefits to complete a sale.
5.Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chat bots & HNI outbound cold calling processes.
6.Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team.
7.Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results.
8.Work closely with the product managers on new feature development, gauging competition and first-hand customer/market feedback.
9.Suggest improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements, monitor the gains for sustainability and long term sales process improvement.
10.Scaling sales team 10x.
11.Increase customer lifetime value, average cart order, GMV.
12.Measure and report performance through relevant KPI's.
