VP - Technology - Mortgage Domain - Captive Bank

US based captive bank is hiring for VP - Technology for Mortgage domain (Retail or Commercial Mortgage)

- Looking for Leaders with 18 - 20 yrs of total work exp and last 8-10 yrs in Leadership role

- Experience in Delivering in Java Technology in Agile,Waterfall and other models

- Experience in managing development & support teams in Mortgage Domain

- Experience in Delivering in Onsite/Offshore model in a highly critical environment

- Mandatory Experience in leading Managers and overall team of 200-300 employees, Will actively involve in their mentoring, talent management activities

- Should be a visionary who can provide the guidance in Problem resolution

- Will be responsible for Budget, Forecast and Risk Management

- Will interact with Stakeholders, Senior Management

Mandatory Skill :

- Need Experience in working and delivering in Java platform with domain expertise in Mortgage

- Must have excellent written and Verbal communication skills, Should have exp in handling multiple projects across geographical locations

- Must have exp in handling a team of 200+ employees which include Managers reporting into him/her

- Should be from good educational background
