About our Client - Our client is a LSE listed business process and technology services provider. Their global footprint spreads across 7 countries and they employ more than 10000 people across the globe. They are looking for a Technology Audit Head based out of their office in Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting to the Audit Head, your key responsibilities will include but not limit to:

- Institutionalizing and implementing enterprise wide Risk Management System while designing systems and processes to enhance product services completion and implementation of DOA and SOPs.

- Identifying and assessing technical aspects of IT infrastructure to determine requirements and identify risks.

- Designing tests of General IT Controls, Business Process controls and Automated Controls

- Performing tests of the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of controls and using professional judgment to conclude on these tests.

- Drafting issues for audit management letters and providing insights for improvement and recommendation.

- Support the management in Information Security to establish and maintain the Information Security Management System and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and customer data security requirements. Support IT operations in implementing the defined security policies.

- Monitoring compliance with the organization's information security policies and procedures among employees, contractors, alliances, and other third parties, and referring problems to appropriate department managers or administrators.

- Facilitate information security risk assessments for all processes and monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security controls are maintained.

- Participate in existing and potential customer meetings and audits on topics related to Information security.

- MIS/Reporting:

- Weekly/Monthly reporting on established security metrics on a regular basis; collaborate with ops and IT to define action plans and address gaps and report on status/progress

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified professional with 12 + years experience within a Big4 / Consulting setup in IT Audit. Good knowledge in Compliance, Operational Risk, regulations like DPA, PCI, etc and compliance frameworks across Ethical Business practices is required. Prior international business travel experience would be an advantage You should also be willing to travel within India & abroad for 50-60% of the time.
