They are looking to expand their technology team in India and are looking for a pro active and capable individual to join the technology team.

Job Description - As Vice President - Technology you will report to a Senior Vice President and will have 6-9 AVPs directly reporting to you. The total number of FTEs handled will be close to 150. Your main responsibilities will be Manage projects to develop add-ons to the current platform to support more asset classes.

- Support and maintain the current trading platform and be the front line contact for any production issues.

- Pro actively identify potential issues and think of solutions to automate as many issues as possible.

- Leadership & people management which includes selection and retention of top technology talent.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have an MBA/Masters equivalent from a respected and recognized institute with at least 7+ years of relevant experience in managing teams in technology across banking & financial services domain. You will have a bachelors degree in engineering/IT and will be an exceptional leader and communicator.
